Roofing: Colorbond and zinculume sheeting.
Balustrades: Rendered Brickwork up stand with aluminium frame or powder coated handrail or similar OR combination as determined by architect
Balconies: Non slip floor tiles.
Balcony Lighting: Quality light fittings.
Car park Gates & Fencing Gates: are electronically or manuall controlled.
Combination of rendered brickwork and woodwork or steel finishes in some areas for fencing.
Landscaping: Landscape as determined by architect
